The snow is glistening!  Loved creating this page.  I used a liguid applique which is a puff paint in a tube along the pictures and in the snowmen along the bottom of the page.  I sprinkled glitter on the puff paint and then used my heat gun to make the paint puff up.  I used a marker to color on the snowmen, stamped the larger snowman and cut him out.  I used 3D squares under him to make him stand up off of the page.  I added glitter to him and colored in his scarf.  Added the liquid applique under the word "snow" and sprinkled glitter on and then used the heat gun to set it and puff the paint.  I added swirl bling to complete this page.
