Flip Flaps!!  As usual I take too many pictures, but CTMH flip flaps come in handy!!  This is the page from above opened up.  Used my "Cricut" to cut out the layered letters, rub on's at the top and the bottom of the page, and stamped cutouts.  I sponged all of the edges in Cocoa ink and used ribbon with brads to pull the flaps open.
