I sponged all of the edges with CTMH Ponderosa Pine ink and used the Evergreen Stickease along with cranberry brads.  The Santa suit was made out of cranberry cardstock and the fur is CTMH Liquid Applique.  You just squeeze out of the tube and rub around where you want it and then use a heating tool to make it bubble up and give it the sponge look.  The belt is black cardstock and I made a square out of gold cardstock and a smaller black square to make the buckle.
