Happy Holidays using chipboard, stamps and ribbon.  The chipboard is covered with paper and then filed around the edges to bring the white core of the paper back out.  Thoses are done with the finishing files from CTMH.  A cute technique in the upper right corner was to tear the paper out to form a circle, sponge the center and stamp a title.  Accents with red ribbon make the layout go POP!  I also sponged the edges of all the pieces before adhering them down.  I love to stamp and then cut them out and put pop up foam or dots under the cutout to make them stand out.
