Ribbon, stickers, and stamps put this layout together using "Close to my Hearts" How to books...they are so easy to use, just go by how many pictures you have and look up layouts for that many pictures. Just follow the "recipes" and voila! You have a beautiful layout! I accented the balloons with colored hemp and tied them to the tags.
