Here is another cutie....I just love this snowman!!  This card is a 4 1/2 x 5 1/4 size.  First I used a scorer 1/8" around the outside edges (on the back side), and then lightly sanded the lines.  I distressed the edges of the patterned paper with a distressing tool (CTMH) to make it look ruff.  I then stamped and cut out all of the snowman pieces and pieced together.  I used a blending pen to make the hat and scarf look like water color and used liquid applique (so fun to use) on the hat "fur".  I took a glue pen and traced on the dotted snow swirls and sprinkled prisma glitter and shook off the excess to make the snow sparkle....this is too stinkin cute!!
